The space

This clean, spacious and unique twin suite provides everything for a wonderful beachfront stay, in the centre of Brighton. Perfect for up to 2 guests, with two comfy single beds. It forms part of the rear Jane Austen Wing of a historic and characterful, boutique building and will be a truly memorable place to stay.

The suite is located in one of the most central and beautiful garden squares in Brighton, in an iconic, white, stucco-fronted Regency villa opposite the sea, the i360 and the West Pier. It is in the middle of everything Brighton has to offer. The world famous seafood restaurant, The Regency Restaurant is virtually next door and around the corner is Preston Street, a street filled with restaurants offering global cuisine. The Brighton Conference Centre is only a 2 minute walk away and Brighton’s best shops and nightlife are on the doorstep. Brighton station is a 10 minute walk away and provides direct links through to London and Gatwick airport. Access is via a front door from the street and is shared with the neighbouring suites in the building.

This quiet suite has two comfy single beds, a modern shower room and a kettle, microwave and fridge for preparing breakfasts and snacks. There will be some complimentary tea/coffee in the suite. I hope this will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! If you wish to purchase more supplies for your stay there are many local supermarkets within a 3 minute walk.

The shower room is accessed through the bedroom and consists of a shower, a sink and a toilet. We provide fresh white bedding and towels, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap.

Managed by a professional co-host of Airbnb, the property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. We offer remote access with easy self check-in and 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.

Guest access

Guests will have exclusive use of the suite.
Access is via a front door from the street and is shared with the neighbouring suites in the building.

Other things to note

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £50 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

TRAVEL COT
A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Please ensure you message beforehand so that I can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. (I am afraid highchair requests cannot be met).

IRON and IRONING BOARD
Please message beforehand to request an iron and ironing board if you would like one and will place it in the suite before your arrival.

Noise must be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10pm-9am. If we have complaints from neighbours you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
